Q: I’m an agent and I want to hold an open house at one of your properties, how do I go about doing that? Do you have any requirements?
A: We welcome all Keller Williams associates to hold an open house at any one of our properties. If you are a Keller Williams associate and have a property in mind that you would like to hold open, contact our office via email at TomDavesOpenHouse@gmail.com and we will be happy to add your reservation to our calendar. After you’ve held your open house we just ask that you send us back the feed back form so we can best market the home and communicate with the sellers.

Quick Tips on how not to “loose” your open house signs in Roseville and other areas:
Real Estate and Open House Signs may be exempt from the permit and fee requirements provided they comply with the following:
- Freestanding real estate signs may be placed on
- buildings or property that are for sale or lease.
- These signs can not exceed 6 sq. ft. in area and 6 ft. in height.
- Developed or vacant property may display 1 on-site freestanding real estate sign for every 1000 lineal ft. of street frontage, not to exceed 32 sq. ft. in area and 6 ft. in height per sign.
- Real Estate signs shall be removed upon sale or
- lease of the property.
- No more than 5 Open House signs may be displayed and Open House signs may only be shown during the open house and must be removed daily.
- Real Estate and Open House signs are not permitted on any City property or landscaping, sidewalks, clear vision triangle, or within any right-of-way.

Hi,
I did a open house on springhurst this past Saturday the 15th, 130 to 5pm. It wasn’t bad
I had 12 sets through, met some nice people. Nobody was super interested in property, a couple said it was still a little
high in price based on the busy street it is on. The home is in good condition, I did
not see visually anything wrong. I thin k if the home was priced right around 250k it would be gone.
