- A pre-approval letter (vs a pre-qualification letter) from the buyer’s preferred lender(s)
or if buyer is paying in cash, supply proof of funds dated within the last 30days - A copy of the earnest money deposit check.
- Offer Summary page that is attached to MLS (or click here) signed by both buyer and agent outlining the seller guidelines and procedures.
- As soon as the bank responds to your offer we will notify you via email. Response times will vary based on the seller’s policy.
- If you have questions about availability of a property, please check MLS or our website where we provide real time property availability. All offers received on a property in “pending” status will be held as a backup offer and presented to the seller in the event the property is placed back on the market.
